Any software to switch IP without getting disconected using dial-up internet ?

I already have dial-up and and does change the ip when reset it the internet connection but it takes too long to re-connect any advise to make it faster or do I need another internet connection within the same computer if I operate from a remote computer

For most routers it's possible to use commands to reset it so you could make a .bat file with the commands and save it on your desktop so you only have to double click it to reset your router. However it's impossible to avoid disconnection as it's the process of disconnecting and reconnecting which makes your ISP allocate you a new IP.

You'll have to disconnect in order to change the IP address. There is not a way around this.
