Any software to create offline desktop app from WordPress site?

Hello mates,
I have done a little search online for a software that could help me easily create an offline Windows desktop app from my WordPress site. Unfortunately, I didn't find anything useful.
I know of Electron, but the framework has no offline support yet.
I'd need bits of advice and suggestions from you guys please.

You can use the WordPress Rest API: https://developer.wordpress.org/rest-api/,

In electron, you create whatever interface you need with html, css and Javascript, and then perfom HTTP requests to your site using the REST API when you need to perform an action on your site. If for whatever reason the official REST API is not enough for you, you can create your own endpoints by creating a custom Wordpress plugin.

This sounds promising. Seems to have a bit of learning curve though, because I'm not really a programmer, but I'm ready to put in some quality time learning. Thanks for the suggestion.

Basically, yes. But a few enhancements would not be out of place.
