There are many different platforms with different strengths for e.g. appery.io. I would prefer coding apps by myself or hiring a freelancer to do it because such platforms cannot nearly replace a real coder.

Chances are if you're asking the question you most likely don't have any experience building apps. No "software" is going to help you throw a quality mobile app together. I'd suggest hiring someone from upwork or toptal to build it for you.

You're right.
@OP Such projects are mostly much more complicated than you think in advance. The complexity rises exponentially from the state of having an idea to implementation. I can tell you that from experience.
