Any software that can scrap post base on keyword,reblogs etc?

I am not really understanding what you want to do.
1) Scrape a list of blogs via keyword
2) Filter the list of blogs based on number of total reblogs all posts of the blog has?
If this is correct, why do you want to do this? As the total reblogs per all posts for the blog is not a metric that can be gleaned easily (first scrape all pages, then scrape all reblogs..) I am not aware of anything that can do this. However, if you can convince me it is a good feature to have, I can add it to tumblingjazz
