So you want a software that is doing all that kind of submissions and you want to be free as well ... good luck

There are some others such as GSA SEO Ranker, UltimateDemon, Licorne AI.

However the either come with a monthly fee or Lifetime license.

You won't get any free software since they all need to be maintained by the developers when the SEO landscape changes.

Seems like you want free tool. But there is no free tool to do all these work you mention.
Use GSA SER.

For all these I am using GSA SER I would recommend you that one only. but be clever on using for tier 1 linkbuilding. SER works very fast

You will not get is for free, i have used money robot, its a good tool and can do everything you want.
