Any Social Media AIO systems?

I am starting an online store, marketed toward women. I need to have a fairly large presence in social media. Is there any kind of All-in-one program that can post to Facebook, twitter, pinterest.. all that at generally the same time? Ability to schedule would be great as well.

The only one I can think of would be buzzbundle, which is basically a social presence management software. You can schedule posts as well, and be alerted by kws related to your brand. We use it for some of our customers. Once you spend a couple of days using it you will have all the features down.

With Buzzbundle. Will it actually post to a fanpage on my FB account? or just to my FB account.
