buy some bike racks to put around town that people rent and turn in at other stations. Where I live people go nuts for them and the people make a killing.

If you really want some proper advise then share some info, like: what are you qualified to do, what would you love to do, location (this is important for a numeber of reasons eg regulatory, standard of living, customs etc).. unless you will share more details, you'll need to ask advise form the person that knows all that info ie YOU

OP what would really help is if you give us an idea of the country that you are in? Gulf Region or North Africa?

Specific industries work for specific regions. For instance going into the tourist industry in North Africa, might not be a good idea even more so if you are in Tunisia or Libya, for example
