Any simple twitter bot ?

Hi,

I'm looking for a simple twitter bot to publish content from txt files (Free or 1 time cheap payment) to my twitter account
just a bot where i load a txt file with tweets (lines) and it publish them to my account, if it returns tweets links that would be great.

i did some research but all i find is the common tools with all the functionalities (follow/unfollow .....)
