In my opinion just make a schedule and buy some quality cheap services like bookmarks from one person and article from others..

You should go the route that jutt29 mentioned above - make your own schedule and just buy different services from the bst forum. Most of them will drip feed your links if you ask nicely. Bhw services + linkpushes will work wonders.
