Looking for a service/tool that sends a notification (email is fine) as soon as a newly created post/page is indexed by Google/Bing. Do you know any service that does this? Preferably free but paid will do as well.

you can do this with Scrapebox, but you have to learn how to customize the Automator plugin (this plugin costs extra by the way, but it's well worth the investment). You can literally automate SB to do whatever you need with regards to scraping, checking, monitoring, sorting, rank tracking, etc. It's not a flashy software but it's a SEO powerhouse :)

A service that can send email notifications when a new post/page is indexed by Google is "Visualping.

Checking for indexed pages using Search Operators

Just copy the URL of your webpage from the address bar - then paste it into Google with either site: or info: in front of it. If it returns the webpage in the search results, it is indexed. If you get nothing back, it is not indexed.

This manual way is exactly what I would like to avoid since it's quite cumbersome when you have hundreds of indexed pages and looking for a couple of new pages pending indexing.

I'll have a look at Scrapebox and Visualping. Thanks guys!

You can easily check with scrapebox it will help you,

good luck.

I'm not aware of any such tool, but I suppose you could set up a Google alert for 'site:yourdomain.com'
This might pick some up but the site: operator is pretty crap

Setup Google alerts with the domain name or keywords. Works just fine.
