I tried Ahref, good but expensive, moz and smursh are same, very expensive for small web.

I want to know any tools like these 3 but offer cheaper price that I can afford ? (my budget is 30/month)

Any free tools suggest ?

I would also add that you can't create projects or use certain features of a tool.

Here's an idea, buy groupbuy from sellers who deal with non-US users. I'm trying out one from a seller based in China. Nothing to worry about so far.

What features are you looking for ?

You mentioned complete SEO suite. If you do not have the budget for one, you probably don't need each and every feature of them. Select what you really want to have and choose from there
