Any SEO Strategy for quick results?

Seriously though, maps rankings is something you can do in hours, not days and weeks. Local markets are such low competition it's easy work in most niches. For national and international rankings I wouldn't recommend any methods that promise quick results - you'll just end up burning the site and having to start again.

Get a handful of expired domains related to your niche with good metrics. Host them on different servers and link out to your domain from them.

Quick results will be more at risk to be destroyed by Google.
But... You will need a lot of decent quality T1 web2.0's and/or other "parasite" pages. Then you pick a couple types of T2 links (could be sape, PBN, more web2.0, whatever) and build that, and then you absolutely nuke the shit out of that T2 with both social shares and GSA blasts. I don't follow this plan because the extreme risk of penalty, but many here "churn and burn" with similar strategies.
However... if you are new to SEO don't jump into that first. You can waste time/money if its not done right.

i've had experience using the strategy described above... results will come quick (within days of really nuking the world) and last 3-12 months on average, then will level off to a place where you still have more traffic than someone who spent the entire 9 months trying to scrape visitors together. I've gotten to rank 1 and a million visitors a month for some incredible terms using the strategy above. recommend you spend a lot of time reading and preparing and planning out how you will build the tiers to look as organic as possible and pass as much juice as possible then phase in nukes over a period of time. If you do this right after you launch a site / domain google can easily mistake this for a very trendy / popular new site in a vertical/niche. EZPZ $$$
