Any semi reliable public proxies?

I know that sounds ridiculous. Let me explain.. I am coding a bot where basically I would want about 100 proxies (so that would get pricey) and also, I cant have a user and pass on them. I actually don't know how to code the username and pass into the bot im working on (I could probably find out), and I'm fairly short on cash. Literally I scanned 100k proxies this morning. left them to test while at work. was left with maybe.. 30. now i have been re-scaning those for the last 20 mins. and im down to 3. Tomorrow will be 0. I didnt even get any to keep for a while lol.
