Any script to pull out Email/Zip submit offers?

Hi all,

I have a website for downloads. I'm now planning to monetize it using CPA but I was thinking of Email and Zip offers as they will convert well for my site. I wanted to hire a freelancer to dp this job but I was thinking maybe some dont have CPA knowledge and will be hard to find one.
Anyway what I wanna is make a script that can pull out an Email or zip submit offer for the specific location the user is, whenever they click on the download button.
I have international traffic and not all countries have that email or zip submit offer so I would like to show other offer for those visitors.
So do you guys know any script that can do that?
I know it must be hard to find.
Otherwise I might keep looking for a freelancer who can so ir for me.

I'm in the exact same boat. Going to research a bit.

I know that in the old first days of CPA, people used that script a lot... but now that CPA network have that option to show multiple offers those scripts disappeared.
Will find it out too.
