Any script to launch a backconnect proxy service?

Hi all

Need a script or sth (free or paid) to run my own residential and 4g proxy service like bright data, iproyal, etc.

An Android app is also needed to provide IPs.

Is three such a thing (server script + android client)?

Edit: I know something like proxidize out there but It lacks web interface and managing proxies for sticky sessions and etc.
