Any safe Twitter tools out there anymore?

Is there anything I can safely use for following/unfollowing, retweeting, sending kw targeted tweets etc? I don't want to risk getting accounts suspended, but I also don't need to go hog wild either. I can follow/unfollow under 100 per day and do what I need. Anything worthwhile?
