I own it. I own a lot of their applications. They generally do a good job. Their applications have a bit of a steep learning curve, but once you understand them, they're very flexible. I can't provide an opinion on it compared to a lot of the other applications as I don't own FollowLiker and I never used MassPlanner or Instagress. Overall, I'm happy with the application though. It functions as I've expected it to and their support was quick to add features I thought it was missing. If you watch their site closely, they offer sales and you can usually snag a 20-40% off coupon.
