it seems now all major Residential Proxy providers Block PayPal site . that's mean you can't use PayPal site with those Proxy .

any provider you know doesn't block PayPal site ?

There are many proxy suppliers still offer Paypal service. You can try https://fastpro.xyz they might have sells thread in BHW as well
