Any Residential Proxy provider allow IP range search ?

I'm looking for Proxy Provider that allow for IP range search like > 92.205.etc and then choose that proxy if i want to ? something like VIP72 if you know what that is

VIP72 does the job great but it only has 2k Socks from Germany and i'm looking for a provider have way more then that . money is not a problem i can pay 2k$ a month with no problem at all

Are you looking for a particular IP range? If so, then you can contact various providers and ask them if they have those ranges under their management.

With $2k a month, you can get up to 3000 shared IPs from some providers. But, I don't think you will get the ability to choose your IP ranges.

no provider is going to be able to let you pick any ip from any range
considering ip ranges go from 0.0.0.0 - 255.255.255.255 thats
millions and millions of ip ranges - ide say not possibe
