I have buy a new domain 2 days ago! I haven't done anything yet except loading HTML template and submitting my site to Webmaster tools...

Now I have checked my site with http://pixelgroove.com/serp/sandbox_checker/ and its showing

is possibly penalized or sandboxed by google!

Is there any other way to confirm this?

The tool says your site has been sandboxed because your site isn't ranking for any keywords yet. That's one of the characteristics of sandboxed sites - they don't rank for any keywords. However, your site isn't ranking for any keywords because it's a new site and doesn't contain any content, not because it has been sandboxed.

By the way, I recommend you stop using sandbox checkers. They are useless, as are some other SEO tools in use today.

yep. Put a post for a random super long tail keyword on your site and it should rank at the top within a few days. If not then there might be something wrong

New domains can be penalized if it was previously used before for SEO. The previous owner decided to ditch it and you picked it up. I'd give an example but for some reason BHW isn't letting me post it.

The blind leading the blind springs to mind.

SEOPower is correct. Use majestic, ahrefs, and moz to check up on your domains :)

I have done that before putting my site to index! There were 1200 words before I added my site to Index

People talk about the sandbox all the time like its standard for every site to be put into purgatory for three months.

Sandbox exists but 99% of the time your site is not indexing because its crap.

OP do you expect a raw url to rank ?

Put up a site: 8-12 articles. Optimised for specific and related keywords

Optimise your images and videos. Add an about us and privacy page . Add a physical address and phone number

Come back and tell us if you dont have any indexed pages within ten days.

Duffers is correct...people worry too much about whether they've been sandboxed.

Reminds me of clients who assume they've been negative seo-d, but they simply aren't ranking because their site is slow, ugly and consists of one or two pages of info.
