Any relatable GPL providers?

After FV's temporary shutdown, I have an urgent need for some plugins that - for obvious reasons - I don't want to pay a lot. I saw some GPL sites, and frankly paid around 5$ on specific one (I don't want to refer a name of it here) for a free version of plugin - therefore wrote to the support, I haven't received answer yet. It's not a fortune, but still my money. Does anybody recommend relatable alternative? Thanks in advance guys, have a good day or night
Edit: I had searched for some alternatives here before writing this thread, even saw some (without trying), though I'd prefer to have it here - maybe somebody with similar problem could get help through that.
