Any Registrars That Don’t Suspend Domains Easily?

Hi guys,
I have a quick question and would appreciate your experience.
Is there any way to get a domain that is more resistant to suspension?
I mean something that won’t get suspended easily even if it receives reports/complaints.

I’ve had a few domains taken down pretty fast after reports, so I’m wondering:

Are there registrars that are more tolerant or slower to act?
Any recommendations for reliable providers?
