I was looking for programs which pays out for referring people, but found nothing, found only which pay commissions on trading fees of referred people
If you mean reffering users who just join irrespective of trade, do not expect more than $1 per refer for such people.

Like I said, verified account, the ones which are verified through uploading documents, I have many people who will join me.
If you can get verified people that upload their documents with means they want to buy and trade the LAST thing you want is to be making $1 from it
So if you have many people that will join you, become an affiliate with Binance, LocalBitcoins or Coinbase and then your people spending money will make you money. It's that or nothing really afaik.
