Any recommends on Windows VPS?

Xsserver.eu is pretty good.... no affiliation... i just have a dedi by them
 
If you have low budget, I would recommend directspace.net , but their uptime time is not great, so, if you are looking for real 99.99% uptime, I would recommend to look for reviews in webhostingtalk forum, as almost all medium-high prices VPS providers, which have good reputation in that forum, have good uptime and support.
 
VPS providers are oversell every time, to gain extra profit. I got some space on my servers, i can dedicate you rescues, pm if intersted.

SolarVPS is very highly regarded. While somewhat expensive, I would consider them a high quality provider.

VPSLand is mentioned fairly often on this board and deserves some consideration because of that and their excellent prices.

i just got the $25 VPS package at XSserver and I'm extremely satisfied. Placed my order 3am and when I woke up for work at 7am I received notification that my VPS has been configured and ready to go.

Been running scrapebox the last 48hours with no problem. I'm so happy I don't have to leave my laptop on like a server.

Can you install anything you want on it, including odd bits of nulled software?

What's the bandwidth?

I'm currently looking for something that will also include more than a single IP address, perhaps 3-5+ unique IPs which I can swap around. Is there any that cater for this?

Windows VPS too - I assume it doesn't matter what operating system I'm using? Noob Qs I know but never used a VPS before.
