Any recommended software for website signup ?

Actually i am finding a website signup tools but i can't find it. Here is what i am looking in the tool.

Is there any tool in which first i tell or teach the tool that how to register on the site, then secondly the tool does this for me with provided list of sites. ??

Mozilla addon or any other, clicking or macro record tools are not good, i try them, but its not working or much time consuming.

Any tool in which i teach the software what to do, then next it do on list of provided sites. or similar to it ???
