Any recommendations for high CPM network?

My site's traffic is around ~5k per day, with ~100k pageview per day. Geo is global with ~25-30% US, EU. I am using Adsense and Infolinks, which net around $50 per day.

I have strong feeling that I am missing lots of revenue. So, I am looking for some suggestions for high CPM network. I tried Ezoic, no success. Still waiting for feedback from Mediavine. Haven't tried Adthrive. But I think Adthrive, Mediavine with be the same as Ezoic. Since, my tier 1 traffic is not as much.

So, beside the 3 networks above, is there any good CPM network? I also heard about Buysellads or headerbidding. I have no experience in those as well.
