I used in the past years Abelohost, shinriju, alexhost.

abelohost.com is good connection, but high pressure they kick you
alexhost.com - good offshore hosting, but terrible network!!!!!!!

Hey, alexhost is a mess. I experienced a lot of down times with them.

Try hostinger. Only an email is required to register and you can pay with crypto.
