For storing the content only: Backblaze B2 Cloud Storage + cloudflare.
Its $5 / tb / month for the storage. First 10gb is free.
Ingress is always free (uploading). Egress (download) is free if it is via cloudflare (google for the guide)
Can't run php etc on there though so you need to put that on seperate (small) vps and point to backblaze cloudflare url for video files.

Best way is to start with a VPS, to host your website.
You'll need in the future to host your own videos - better to have your own dedicated servers in your 'visitors location' - where is your targeted audience.
Until you can afford a dedicated server, you can go with doodstream or other video file hosters.

- if using doodstream or similar websites, be sure to disable your ad's from the video player to not buzz or annoy your visitors. This will make them stay longer and browse your website. And of course, possibly, return to your website.
- be sure to use a professional script, when starting out, I recommend KVS and MechBunny to start out - it will be a bit costly, but if your thinking the right way... you'll use these scripts.
You might ask: why use such scripts?
- first of all they are specially designed for tube sites.
- it will cost your more to migrate WP to KVS or MechBunny - this of course, depends on how many videos you have on your WP tube.

How can I disable Doodstream cloud storage pop-up intrusive ads from my video player?
CDN will be much more expensive than host files on your own servers. Hosting providers do not care about content (adult or not), they only care about DMCA requests. Unfortunately (or luckily) there's no providers who can ignore DMCA requests - that's all about how loyal they are, some will shut down your server after few requests, but some will wait 1-2 days for your reply on DMCA requests, that's it. Our customers used a lot of providers and big ones (like ovh, hostgator, contabo, leaseweb) are less loyal to DMCA than small ones. Hope that will help.

I'm planning to create pirated or gray-area content, such as movie streaming and adult tube sites, so can you recommend me some affordable storage for video files with high egress (bandwidth) for smooth streaming?
And I checked your profile and saw you're the authors of file and video sharing scripts like XFilesharing and XVideosharing.
I heard about XVideosharing before; many people said it's shut down or not maintained anymore, so are you re-entering it, or did you, the new owner, buy it?
By the way, how does this script work? Like Doodstream! I mean like too many intrusive ads or something else?

If you aimed on creating site using pirated content, then that's better to hide your servers behind proxies. So in case of dmca takedown you can switch proxy without moving whole video archive. As for hosting servers - we can't recommend some specific company (because it will be considered as advertisement here), but you can check webhostingtalk forum or hosting section here, for example, and choose there depends on your budget/needs. Just don't go witih big ones like ovh, leaseweb, hetzner, etc
As for our products. Not sure why people think so, it's not shut down, we are constantly working on it and release new version when have enough new features to release. As for ADs - that depends on your wish, you can run any ads type (vast ads, popups, pre-rolls, etc).
