I am using Bermanhosting since two years. 4gb RAM, dual core, Windows 2008, France for around $50 - I'm not really an expert when it comes to VPS, but yesterday I was looking around on BHW and it looked like I saw much better provider.

How about HostStage or Greenserver.io?

These days I am having problems with GSA Search Engine Ranker on my VPS. Not sure if it is about the VPS or the software. I am using it with around 80 threads, 100 projects and 20 proxies. Literally every 10 minutes I get the error: Out of memory, stop and close some projects. Two months ago I had 150 threads and 200 projects, didn't get this error. Seems like there is problem with the CPU/RAM. Maybe using a new VPS will fix this problem and also will save me some bucks?

For GSA it is recommended to use a SSD VPS since GSA tends to keep a text log with all the URL crawled and it is growing through time. Therefore, after a while, it is an heavy process for the disk to append lines to this file and check whether the URL has been crawled already.

I have used Berman in the past and had problems, tried a bunch of providers and then moved to solidseovps and never looked back.

The real question is : Does GSA work ?

Does a hammer still work?

What package could you recommend me from your service?

I doubt it works correctly. :/

Giving how intensive it is, you could start with a level 2 (Batalion Level) and then eventually upgrade to a level 4 (Air Force level) once the GSA usage grows as detailed earlier.

Serverhosh with the promo vps. Never had any problems with them.

Go for a dedicated server. Kimsufi specifically. It would cost about $25/month. Hit me on Skype if you need to install Windows on it.

Literally every 10 minutes I get the error: Out of memory, stop and close some projects -> This is not the VPS's problem. It's GSA SER problem. You got 4gb of RAM and SER can only use 2GB at max because it is a 32bit application.

Powerup hosting. Amazing servers. Using for a long time. Never had any problem.
