Like the title said , looking for any course or anything else that can show me from the scratch how i can determine low competition keywords and also how i can monetize them in the right way ?

why don't you just purchase a tutorial from lyndacom. their adwords training includes finding low competition keywords.

Buy marketsamurai. It's old and it's slow but it's great for researching competition. They've got quite a few tutorials.
