This may seem like an odd request, but I need non rotating (or limited rotating) preferably residential proxies from Nicaragua. Does anyone know of a supplier?

Residential proxy services rent their IPs from third parties, so this is the only possible way to find proxies from Nicaragua and other smaller countries.
