The real question is what kind of hardware do you have on your Mac and then I could tell you what would run best.
General rule of thumb is, low power, little ram, boot camp. Computer won't handle virtualization well.
However, if you have for example a new 3rd gen i7 chip and at least 8gb of relatively fast ram then Parellels or VMware will run great.
