Any profit in custom lead lists?

So through a combination of tools and bots for websites, some public and some not I have the ability to acquire quite a bit of data (contact information) from many niches. For instance, if someone needed a list of 1,000 contacts that were say... electricians for a particular state. I could provide names, phone numbers, emails, and more for those people in a nice spread sheet. I could also provide owners of businesses in any category in any state in a spreadsheet as well. And all of the information is fairly up to date with little error. I have been doing this for myself for some time, so I know personally that the rate of bad information is VERY low.

Is there any value in compiling these lists? Or selling lists to custom order?

How would you value this kind of thing? Where would you sell it?

You maybe be able to setup a fiver gig on this.

Other then that maybe hop on the phone and start doing some Seo marketing with those leads.

Recruiting agencies may have a need for such leads if you have HR positions and VP, President contacts.

It's very different for every niche, but of course theres value in it. FxPhil beat me to my first point which is check out Fiverr to make some extra cash off something like the example you gave.

if it's contact info for leaders in a particular niche that are really hard to find, sell it independently.

Sure there's value in it, but being just a list of contact details the value wouldn't be anywhere near as high as if they were leads.

I'm thinking somewhere in the range of $5/1k records.

So we are thinking maybe the best course of action is to sell custom data lists on Fiverr? Does anyone have an advice in the marketing this service? How can I get people to find this fiverr gig?
