Any problen if i use nulled themes & plugins

I don't think google will ban you for this as there are a ton of people using the same themes for web sites. Now what you do is open yourself up to being hacked or the owner of the theme sending a take down request to your host.

Nulled plugins would matter very little to Google. What your concern should be, should be directed at the sellers/developers of the plugin. They could sue you or claim same ridiculous amount of damages. If they are not local and sue you from a far away state then you'd have to commute to defend yourself.

what memebers above said.. Backdoors , spam scripts etc are the main issue when using a cracked - nulled theme. Would not recommend it if you plan to go keep your site up for a long period of time.
Even if everything looks fine after installation the issue might occur after a period of time ( month , year ) ..

stay aways of using nulled themes and plugin, your website can get malicious codes and virus. I use nulled plugins before, it creates headache, dangerous.

it seems many times that nulled stuff have some malwares in it which doesn't allow you to use all features, but not all nulled files

Nulled theme is never going to be a good option for you cause it is nulled by someone.
That the person who nulled the theme can contains links which may your site slow, sometimes malicious programs which can complete harm your blog or website and mainly it may out rank you from google.
