any problems with idotz(dot)net?

Hi,
Anyone had any issues with these guys?
I got the domain form them and everything seemed to be ok
but now the admin panel is kinda funky
support is silent and does not respond

anyone here is using them? any issue?
perhaps it's just late and i have bad luck?

any feedback would be appreciated
