1. Remove your keyword and website info
2. Your site is there on the second screenshot, just a bit lower.
3. Hes maybe connected to a different datacenter, that's why the change.
4. User a rank tracker such as serpbook.com to get accurate results

Do a clearing of cache data, and it would be better if you use ranking tracker tools such as SERPBook or others. However, these rankings may not always be 100% accurate but it won't scale off in huge differences. After all, there are many factors that affect your SERP when you do a search.

Singh.sanjay,

Using Google search isn't really the best way to determine where pages are ranking because you will get very different results based on the geographic location that you search from as well as many other factors. Also, you can't really tell from just a few searches where your average position is. Your average position is always fluctuating and there are so many factors that determine where your site will fall. Sometimes they are based on things that we have no control over like a user's location, their previous search queries, the people they are connected to and the content those connections have interacted with.

Try using a third party tool to show your client his average position in SERPs and explain to him that just because he isn't showing up number one when he searches doesn't mean his ranking aren't improving. Use metrics from analytics or other tracking such as increased traffic, increased conversions, etc to show him how your work is improving the site.

Hope that helps,

Shawn

I recommend you to use the "incognito" window in chrome for seeing the google rankings or clear all your cookies and so the customer.
The difference is probably because of the cookies stored in your computer. Google knows that you like this site and so it gives it on the top of the search.

Use proxy to check your ranking or use any paid tool.

It's not very clear in the screenshot whether you're logged in to your google account while you search, if you search while you're logged in then Google will show you sites on the top which you visit regularly and that's only for you but when you logged out results will be different, and if you want to prove what you see on search results you can invite him for a live team viewer session to let him see what you see. Also try to search and see from under different google country codes for example .in instead of .ca
