Any PPC networks which allow affiliate links?

As you know, many PPC networks don't allow direct affiliate link while advertising for example adwords.

Can you suggest me any trusted PPC networks which allow direct affliate link and best for CPA offers?

I am currently using 7search but not much success

Do they allow affiliate link? Can I send visitors directly to CPA offer without landing page because we cannot do it in adwords.

Facebook. Don't just place the affiliate link, use a redirect.

If you are using 7search make sure to ask them for the ability to block bad traffic sources

It can be if you have the right offer for the right traffic, but this is all about testing with time and money and no one will give away his hard work and money source.
I'm not into paid traffic atm, but that's what I feel.

AdWords allows affiliate links, too. It's based on the landing page if they don't apply or ban your account. The same is about AdCenter, but they aren't so strict.
I've talked with both about this

Instead of direct linking you could also try getting email addresses and then hammering them with offers. Almost all 2nd tier networks allow DL
