Any Payoneer Expert Here? Please help solve my issue...

I'm a Payoneer user since 2014 and have completed every verification they requested over the time.
However, they recently asked for verification documents that I cannot provide, and as a result, they have suspended Payoneer-to-Payoneer transfers for my account.

They are asking for an invoice and a screenshot of my business webpage.
The problem is that I do not have a business webpage, nor do I have any invoices to submit.

I used Payoneer for Fiverr and Amazon.
But for the past two years I am not active on Fiverr and Amazon. As a result, I have not received any payments in my Payoneer account during this time.

Now I want to restore full access to my Payoneer account. However, I am unsure what documents I should provide to complete the verification process.

It's been over 5 months I guess since they asked the docs for verification.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

If you want to submit your verification document to your payonner I will suggest you go to your setting tab and remove the old document you submitted before and add the new document you want to send to them for review.

But, if old and new document verification are the same kindly submit it and make sure everything tally with your address on your documents

you better reach out to their live support !! So far I have had positive experiences there , Hopefully you will get a solution too

At this point your best bet is trying to directly contact their support, they are the only ones who can help you to fully recover your account. In general their chat support is useful.
