Hi all members,

Is Skrill / Netteler / Webmoney / Payza / Payoneer etc. providing dispute option to protect customer side?

Or they just send money and receive?

Neteller does to some extent, I'm not sure about the others.

Remember that Visa, Mastercard also do via chargebacks. How well that goes in practice depends on your relationship with your bank.

thanks for reply!
so if I buy and send money through Neteller, and the seller won't send the product that he supposed to,
I can get my money back?

Maybe, it depends on how good your trail of evidence is.
So, use fedex/dhl, or registered post.

Personally, I think you should trust your gut feeling. If you feel something's not right with the seller, either don't buy it, or do cash on delivery.

I think payment by the card is the safe and easy way.
There is no other service like this.

so except Paypal, all the Neteller, Skrill, Webmoney, Paxum - these services won't really protect my money?

Paypal 100%, they providing dispute but... I think you understand. Use garant or cards. Neteller like protect, but I don't trust. Only trusted influential garants.

PayPal is really doing great.
It's the only payment system that protect customer the way it does.
