Best bet would to create a new account and follow it from there. Or buy fake followers so it looks like an important account and then follow request

Yea that's the only way you're going to be able to view it. If you need to do this on a mass scale it's going to be difficult to near impossible as there's no way around it if you're not following them as that would be a HUGE security flaw by Instagram.

Can you imagine the shit facebook would get if there was a known exploit for accessing private details on instagram that was so commonly known, that an unknown person could ask on a public forum like BHW and receive it?

Just think it through, lets say someone replied to you "yeah there is, check this free public bot out" and how quick the exploit would be closed?

You are not going to find anything, even if it exists. If it does exist, you are not in the circles to get it. Nor is anyone that posts on BHW IMO

Nope, just create an account that somehow relates to the person's niche, buy a few fake followers and likes on your pictures and hope for the best
