I thought ranking locally is a lot easier so cost a lot less but the prices I'm getting in my inbox box are the same as ranking a website worldwide.

I can pay 20 dollars per 3 keywords all locally per month but I will bring in a lot of coustomers

That is very low price you are offering. I dont think anybody here would work for that amount of money..
