Do you realise that you've just qualified yourself as a bad prospect to all
the sellers on BHW? Nobody wants a customers who complaints after

People should educate themselves before posting. We've got 1 refund... and we have 3 accounts. We are a paying customer and have every right to complain about a service that does not work 1/2 of the time you go to use it.

Of course when asked about those accounts via email the OP remained mute.
One can't help a client if they want to hide behind a veil... and I was told from the OP that the OP had only one other account.
I doubt either is true.
