Yes. Turn on professional mode for your personal page. Then when you write a post, you will have the option to schedule it from Meta Business Suit

You can refer to the following steps
Step 1: Switch your personal Facebook account to professional mode
Visit your Facebook personal page
Click on the post section to enter the article content
Click Options (3 dots)
“Turn on professional mode” -> Click “Turn on”
Step 2: Enter post content
Visit your personal page, click on "What are you thinking?" to enter content
Step 3: Set posting time
Select “Schedule” in posting options
Next, you choose the time you want to post as desired.
Finally, click "Save" to complete the posting schedule on Facebook.

Click “Next” ->“Post”
