Any one still able to invite friend using profile-ID

Is it still worth to scrape profile ID from groups and sent the request to add them as my friend

Can we still use FB bots to send friend request using profile ID to grow the profile with 5k friends any one can able to do that

Need some help is it still possible to add friends using profile list. Current I am doing manual added around 20 friends per day. I need to do using any BOT which allows to add from the profile list. Any one doing this pls recommend the tool
