Just personal advice, don't buy email lists..

REASONS:
1) You didn't create the relationship.. so you don't know them - they don't know you
2) You don't know if they are truly optins or they could be scraped (very low quality leads)
3) Selling email list is TECHNICALLY against CAN-SPAM rules as you are trading people's info & you are not 100% sure these people agreed to being traded on the optin page
4) Seller may say these are "MMO leads" but really they are "healtcare leads"
