any one seling paypal VCC apart from Second eye ?

i have bought a couple of second eyes service in the past awesome but seems like paypal are on to him once you use your paypal email to order from him almost instantly you get limited i have used about 5 differnt email form 5 differnt countries and i alsway get permant ilimited almost instantly secondeyes service is awesome dont get me wrng just be carefull when ordering with paypal whith that being said does any one have any vcc seller for malaysia ? please direct me thank you
