Any one have a script to setup a SMS website?

I would like to setup a Sms Website ie the users of my website should be able to send free sms to any mobile carrier in India.Anyone have a script that can help me with this?I am planning to make some money by affiliating with some networks so that thier advertisment is visible whenever a user sends an SMS from my site..Any help on this?
