Hello there,
If you are reading this thread and you are from Singapore then I need your little help.

Today I received an email from PayPal that my account is limited and they need a proof of my Address.

If any one of you can provide me a Scan Copy of their Utility Bill then I will be highly thankful to him..

I need a copy of utility bill so that I can Photoshop it and edit the Address match to my provided address in PayPal.

Still, if you need a recent one.. just tell me or PM me. I will scan one and send it to you.

By the way, Paypal accepts any letter of proof. I sent them a clearing cheque letter (from Adsense) and they approve it.
If you're using the image above, simply edit the date. They will accept it nevertheless.
 
I don't have phone or electric bill.. I need a scan copy so that I can edit it with my website..

Sorry for bumping this thread but this is exactly what I need.

If anyone can get a link to that image or provide me with some legit utility bills from singapore I will be forever grateful! I will photoshop my paypal info in.
