Tried so many times to withdraw my earnings, but no confirmation email arriving in my mail.

Already contacted fiverr, and no one helped solved my problem, considering that I talked to 3 guys from fiverr on my support ticket. They just told me that the emails were being blocked by my domain(my paypal). Damn, when did I owned google? my paypal attached to fiverr is a gmail, I already withdrew to this account before so I know it's the right one.

I've read other threads here and they also have this problem. And the only choice they will give you is to verify your account by sending them your id and do other stuff. wow!

this is what they told me:

1. a scanned copy of your passport or another government-issued ID - the name must be the same as it appears on your PayPal account that was used for the Fiverr transactions
2. a test deposit from the PayPal ID you FIRST used on Fiverr, sent to Fiverr, for the minimum amount allowed by PayPal (such as $0.01, etc.) - this amount would be NON-REFUNDABLE as it is costly for us to process this authentication. If you cannot send money from that PayPal ID, you must provide documentation of earlier Fiverr-related transactions from that PayPal ID - that documentation will be verified with PayPal before proceeding with this update.
That test deposit should be sent to [email protected], and please send us the PayPal transaction ID associated with that test deposit. NOTE: please do NOT send any messages to [email protected]; only the test deposits. Messages should be sent through the Fiverr Support webpage or by replying to this message.
You can substitute the test-deposit with a Fiverr-related PayPal transaction ID that corresponds to the FIRST PayPal account used on the Fiverr account in question.
3. your PayPal account I.D./email - the same I.D. as was used for your FIRST Fiverr transaction.
We ask for your understanding in going through this process as we take the security of the account seriously.
Regards,
Fiverr Administration

so this just basically says that I just have to verify my paypal that I used before? correct me if i'm wrong

I seriously doubt Gmail is blocking emails from fiverr. Check your spam, do a search in your inbox? I receive fiverr emails just fine.

yeah. why will gmail block fiverr withdrawal emails if I'm receiving fiverr newsletter and emails when I get orders.
I already checked spam folder and as I said before I already withdrew money to the same account .

Not sure about withdrawing money, but I have been having problems as a buyer. My messages have been getting deleted after I send them. Not sure what's going on but there may be some issue with fiverr. Just my experience :)

I tried to make a withdrawal earlier today , and am still awaiting the confirmation email
Its a Yahoo.

So fiverr is definitely up to something

maybe, or it's just an excuse just to verify our accounts?

More people had this problem? I'm afraid, since i've got $200 with fiverr...

just do what they ask for, they don't request impossible things
yea, basically they want you to verify your paypal associated to fiverr

i just cannot see how this will solve the verification email problem
probably they will process the withdraw manually?!

Yesterday i activated damn quick pay and after that i received confirmation email for withdraw as well. You can try maybe it works for you as well.

I just made a withdrawal this morning and fund was deposited to my PP account within 5 min. No problem here.

I'm having the same problem, email notifications for new orders stopped arriving from June 15th, and now withdrawal confirmation email is not arriving either. I contacted Fiverr support, they says Gmail is blocking their emails! How absurd! They will not provide me with any more information and keeps on saying the same thing like a parrot.

banyuhay, can you tell me if your problem was resolved or not?

I was using 2 fiverr accounts and they found out and blocked both. When I asked about it they wanted to know why I had 2 accounts and made me send the exact same verification info over. Once I did my accounts were reactivated and I was able to withdraw. I have gmail too and when you confirm the withdrawal on fiverr it sends you the confirmation email, once you click the link you instantly get your deposit via paypal. How it worked for me anyway. Not sure why it's not getting to you...

chhhad, I only have 1 account, and I didn't do anything violating their TOS. I've withdrawn twice before so I know how it works, but as I mentioned I'm not receiving emails from them since June 15th (new order notification emails) and now that I try to withdraw my earnings, no emails is arriving. 3 support reps responded saying the same thing, that Gmail is "blocking" there emails -- and they wants to me contact Gmail to solve it. This is ridiculous and totally unprofessional -- if Gmail had actually black listed their IP address they are suppose to contact Gmail, not me!

I've 200 bucks on my account and I don't know if I'll get the money or not.

I would email their support again and demand that they manually send your funds over. They can do it and should. From what everyone else is saying it's only an issue with Gmail, so theoretically only Gmail could solve it.

I really do not think there is a problem, you should try checking with your email provider.

Hmm... I'm not having any problems at all with fiverr and Gmail.

Assuming it's a Gmail issue, I changed my domain's MX record to my VPS yesterday and all emails are coming normally as it should -- including a lots of spam, but not Fiverr's payment confirmation emails that I requested again! Their 3 support representative, Reuben, Max, and Jay are all lying. It isn't a Gmail issue, it's an issue on their side. Once this is over I'm never going to use Fiverr any more. I don't know why they are lying with me like this.

What are you talking about? Did you even read what I wrote before? You're on this forum for 3 days and made 71 posts already, looks like you're only interested in increasing your post count.
