this person it driving me crazy within 8 month
he rank at alexa 9,922
came at first page always in Google with too many keywords
i want to check out his seo techniques
anyone can do it for me
pm me to have his domain

note - it is non - English website

What's the big mystery? He probably has better links and better content than you..

check it many time before i write to you
no backlinks , and his all content are stolen from others
and if he copy paste and thing from any where
he will rank before the owner of the content .

None of the backlink tools are accurate though. Plus if it's a new site, he might be using 301 redirects, in which case you can expect it to be gone in a short while.

how could i check 301 redirects
 
The site has over 30K backlinks and has good amount of social sharing. 30K backlink is on the page you provides. If you use all its ranking pages you can know more about other page back links. There is no wounder it ranks good.
PS : I used ahref to get this report.
 
propably all links hidden trought 301 + blocking ahrefs etc.
 
i guess, he has build some quality links to his website and it's not a mystery..
even, i saw some websites at google's top pages and their alexa seems to be 3000-4000..their website age is only 4 months
